How much does a website fix cost?
Every package has a fixed price: Speed Sprint is $450, Mobile Rescue $550, Get Found Locally $750 and Emergency Site Rescue $400. The Full Fix bundles the first three for $1,400 instead of $1,750. Custom software and AI projects start from $5,000.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every job is a fixed price, agreed in a written one-page scope before work starts. Never hourly.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit books your slot, and you pay the balance on delivery. Emergency Site Rescue is paid 100% up front. I take Zelle, Venmo or a Square invoice.
What happens before you start?
It starts with a free 15-minute site check. Then I send a written one-page scope with exactly what I'll do, the fixed price and the delivery window. Work starts once you've paid the deposit.
How long does it take?
Emergency Site Rescue takes 24-48 hours, Speed Sprint 3-4 days, Mobile Rescue 3-5 days and Get Found Locally 5-7 days. The Full Fix takes 7-10 days.
How will I know the fix worked?
Every package ends with proof: before/after screenshots on 3 device sizes for Mobile Rescue, a before/after PageSpeed report for Speed Sprint, a one-page report for Get Found Locally and a post-mortem note for Emergency Site Rescue.
Do I need to be local to work with you?
No. I work with owner-run businesses across the US. The site check, the scope and the work all happen online, so it doesn't matter where you are. If you want to show up in "near me" searches in your own area, that's what Get Found Locally is for.
